Circadium (www.circadium.com) is proud to announce the launch of the New
Circus Creation Residency. Supported by the Pennsylvania Partners for the
Arts and the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, the New Circus
Creation Residency offers emerging and established artists creation support
for new works of contemporary circus performance.

Two (2) artists or artist groups will be selected. Selected artists will
-Rehearsal space at Circus Campus
-Marketing support through a feature in Circadium's e-blasts
-A $500 stipend
-High quality photo and video documentation of performance work at Test

At the end of the residency, artists will be asked to perform a 10-20
minute excerpt of the work at Test Flights, Circadium's monthly
works-in-progress series, on either March 13 or April 8, 2020. Artists must
be available for at least one of these dates.

Sorry, current students are not eligible for this opportunity. We encourage
multidisciplinary work and work that crosses genres, but in general, if you
think your work is "circus," then we think so, too.

To apply, please complete the application below by January 31 at 5pm.
Selected Artists will be notified by the second week of February.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact ben at circadium.com.

3. Interested in showing your work at Test Flights? Performing artists of
any discipline are encouraged to show work at Circadium’s beautiful and
historic space in Mt. Airy! Artists receive high quality photo and video
documentation of their work.
