*Description:*
Gabrielle and Aleksandr are currently working on their third collaboration.
In this class they will share some of the exercises they have found useful
for deepening one's connection to another body and finding sensitivity,
power and detail. We will work with spirals, imagery and weigh sharing to
move from a place of deep relaxation and connection to playful full dancing.
