*HOW DOES THE ARTIST IN RESIDENCE PROGRAM WORK????*
Mascher’s Artist in Residence full and 3 month shares are an opportunity to
cooperatively pool resources, skills, and space. In addition to having
access to the space to use however your creative process necessitates,
Artists in Residence (AiR’s) have the opportunity to propose, learn, share,
and exchange in the following ways:

   - Market their upcoming events through Mascher’s newsletter and website
   - Skill-share and lean on one another to help with technical,
   administrative, and artistic challenges
   - Present work at Mascher’s fully produced and funded AiR annual
   performance:*Fresh Juice*
   - Participate in Mascher’s professional/creative workshops for free or
at a deep discount. (though the Deborah Hay Workshop is already planned and
wouldn't be available to newly joining members)
   - Past Mascher workshops include local and nationally renowned teachers:
David Zambrano, Nora Chipaumire, Ziya Azazi, Shannon Murphy, Joy Mariama
Smith, Michelle Boule, luciana achugar, and Deborah Hay.
