Dear dance enthusiasts: Nava Nritya Dance Academy's 3rd Annual Charity Indian Dance Recital benefiting UNICEF's programs in India is coming up soon, and we would like to invite you, your families and your dance company members to come enjoy it as well as support the cause of thousands of underprivileged children in India. Naayika - The heroine, Saturday June 7th, 2:15pm to 4:30pm, Doors open at 2pm




Calvary Vision Center, 550 East Township Line Road, Blue Bell, PA 19422.


Tickets: $15 general admission, $10 children under 10 years, VIP seats - $50
 


We will showcase beautiful Indian classical Bharatnatyam and contemporary Navanritya dances by our students and will present two new productions: 'Snow White' and 'Warrior Princess Chitra' using various classical and ballet movements including martial arts. Celebrating 4 years of outstanding artistic achievements in Indian classical and contemporary,  we are a group of 34 students and dancers and our annual charity shows benefit various organizations in India to help the underprivileged. We have raised over $36,000 in the past two years for Sankara Eye Foundation and Ekal Vidyalaya USA . This year all show proceeds will benefit UNICEF India and donations are tax-deductible. Your generous support will help thousands of children in India .
