[PhiladelphiaDANCE.org Listserv] CEC New Edge Residency Call for Entries

Dear Artists, 
The CEC New Edge  Residency Call for Entries has begun.   
The New Edge Residency is a  program of the CEC/Community Education Center 
that provides support to emerging performing artists  (dancer/choreographers, 
multi-disciplinary, and theater artists), in the  development and presentation 
of their work. The award provides rehearsal space,  a stipend, a professional 
photo shoot, and video documentation of the  culminating performance. For 
future information see the application on the CEC  website www.cecarts.org.  The 
link located at the bottom of the  page in the gold bar – “New Edge Call for 
Entries”. 
If you have questions please call the CEC at 215 387-1911.  Feel free to stop 
by to pickup an  application or call to have one mailed.  There will be an 
Information  Session on Monday, April 14 at 7PM at the CEC located at 3500 
Lancaster  Avenue in West Philly/University City.  Applicants are encouraged to 
attend.  The deadline for applications is May 5, 2008 in  office.
