Looking for Artists/Performers

"Current: an evening of dance and art" isperformance/exhibit  series  merging all mediums of art.  The goal ofthis series is to present varied art forms in the same place and timewith the intent of bringing together artists and art lovers. Curated byZornitsa Stoyanova and the newly formed Herebegin Dance Co., "Current"is an active venue for artist to present new work from a wide spectrumof genres. 


HerebeginDance is looking for more performers for the next installment of "Current" on April 12th at Mascher Space Cooperative. 
We are looking for choreographers, artists, sculptors, object and installation makers.  The work presented should have a contemporary feel to it and show a personal and unique take on movement, patterns, form, shape and interaction.  
Art/Performances who deal with unusual ways of audience interactions are strongly advised to apply.   Installations and artwork should be able to be set up and taken down within 24 hours of the show. 
Performances should be no longer than 15min.  The dance floor is not suitable for ballet or tap shoes. Performers of such kind could be done if the participants bring their own floor. 
No reproductions accepted.

Upon acceptance you will be required to pay $15 fee.   This fee will go to marketing and putting the production together.
