Technical Director:  Jeanne Ruddy Dance seeks a Technical Director for 
the 8th Concert Season at The Performance Garage. The Technical 
Director reports to the Production Stage Manager and the Artistic 
Director. The Technical Director is expected to hire a deck crew to 
assist with load-in, strike, and the changeover during performances. 
He/She will develop procedures for stage effects and changeovers, 
coordinate changes and alterations to scenic stage effects as requested 
by the Artistic Director and/or Lighting Designer, and ensure the 
repair and maintenance of production elements as necessary.  He/She 
will coordinate and oversee the installation and maintenance of rented 
and owned theater technical equipment and facilities. The Technical 
Director must be available for all performances of Jeanne Ruddy Dance, 
and in a limited capacity, for Production Rentals of the Performance 
Garage.

Start date: Early March for meeting and consultation, Load in: 
Thursday, April 3; Jeanne Ruddy Dance’s 8th Concert Season at The 
Performance Garage: April 10-13, and 17-19. Production Rental 
consultation through May 5, 2008. $19/hour.
