The Independence Foundation College Internship at nEW - May 19 through June 27,  2008

A limited number of paid internships are available through The Independence Foundation College Internship at nEW. Interns in both artistic/ administrative capacities serve throughout the festival to create continuity in the community. Unpaid internships may be taken for college credit. Undergraduate and Graduate students interested in an internship at the nEW Festival are required to submit an application including:


Cover letter discussing career goals
Level of computer proficiency
Areas of interest within the nEW Festival
Resume
Official University or College transcript (all levels, if available)
Two current letters of recommendation from individuals that are best able to speak for your background and skills in the areas of performing arts and/ or arts administration, and your ability to learn. Letters must arrive in sealed envelops with the signature of the letter writer appearing across the envelope flap.
Writing sample of no more than three pages.

Deadline for applications:  April 1, 2008
